Our Town

  • The Future

The City of Woodstock has a long and storied history, beginning as antebellum Centerville, continuing through the “Typewriter City” days and the birth of Dick Tracy, through a Groundhog Day (or two, or three, or...) and into the 21st Century where the town remains a popular destination for locals and tourists.

HBC envisions a not-so-distant future where the City of Woodstock is a destination for beer lovers; from the casual consumer to the craft beer aficionado, for novice brewers to the experienced craftspeople, and everyone in between. This vision begins, and ends, with quality craft beer. Not since Woodstock Brewing and Bottling Co. closed in 1902, has the city had a beer to call its own.
