We don't like clowns and probably neither do you, which is why we now have Clown Hammer IPA on tap. This IPA is brewed with Sorachi Ace, Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Chinook hops. This carousel of hop aroma and flavors will hammer any clown off it's feet. We're not clowning around here!

Southern Germany's answer to the popularity of the northern region's Pilsner. Softer on a palate and slightly more body than it's northern counterpart. Slight breadiness from the malt is balanced by German Magnum Hops that contribute herbal and floral aroma and bitterness.

Malty, fruity, with a hint of sulfur on the nose, the pilsner grain gives way to a spicy bitterness from the Saaz hops. This Pilsner is our version of a Chicago Tavern Beer. The Holzlager Kölsch is brewed to reflect the traditions of Köln (Cologne) Germany, but with a Midwest feel. Light in color, mildly full, robust in aroma and a little hazy. It's unfiltered, and unexpected.

Light, smooth and easy drinking. This crushable ale is packed with the aroma and flavor of ripe raspberries. Malina starts off with flavors of lightly sweet berry and pastry crust and finishes refreshingly tart.

Dark, milky, super smooth mouth feel and creaminess added by the lactose makes this a very good winter warming stout. The sweet notes of mocha, chocolate, and coffee nicely compliment the bitter flavors imparted by the use of Millennium hops.
